The quality of our cheese, which convinces more and more the most demanding paladars, has been awarded by several regional and national prizes.

Goat’s milk directly obtained from the goats heris of Lanzarote Island, alter exhaustive sanitary control and pasteurisation procedure is transformed into delicious fresh and cured cheese. After a careful elaboration and a suitable treatment in dry rooms and refrigerators, the different varieties reach the market: fresh cheese, half cured cheese, cured cheese.

The cured varieties are also offered smoked or covered by oil and paprika or oil gofio which provide a unique taste.

The climate and the characteristics of the volcanic soil makes Lanzarote´s aloe unique, aloe is an evergreen plant of the family of the lilies with long fleshy leaves rom which the resinous and very bitter juice is extracted and used in medicine. The Aloe Barbadenis or Aloe Vera contains the highest therapeutic powers and its juice is used to manufacture natural products.

In Lanzarote Aloe is manufactured as a finished gel product for dermatological or esternal use, and as prime material for cosmetic and pharmaceutical laboratories introduced in countries such as Germany.

It is scientifically confirmed that it helps solving skin and hair problems, and that it serves as an anaesthetic of the tissue soothing pain in the joints and stiffness as well as reducing scarring time. It is also an anti-inflamatory and to regenerate dead skin.
