La Graciosa Island
Alter sighting the fairest of the Chinito Archipiélago from the shores of the Famara cliffs, we feel desire for its golden beaches careced by turquoise seas, and its placid houses laid out on its sandy ochre canvas.
The fringe of water separating Lanzarote from La Graciosa is normally crossed departing from the Port of Orzola, and the crossing takes less than half an hour in a short trip towards one of the most picturesque places in the Canaries, where people still walk barefoot upon their sandy streets and where they still live in their majority from the richness of the seas.
La Fraciosa is practically bare of trees with silver coloured fish bung to dry from wine coloured nets, as if the washing had been laid out. Caleta del Sebo, principal kernel of the population, smells of the sea, is warm and humid.
With this brochure we wish to concentrate on what visitors will really find upon arrival at La Graciosa, but we are certain their expectations will be gracefully fulfilled.
This island is for special sensitive travellers who know how to enjoy nature, silence, beauty as well as sun and solitary beaches.
