La Graciosa Sports

Determining factors of good fishing in this area are the temperature of the water and the climate. Most frequent captures are the different tuna fish species, followed by sharks. Different species are captured with artificial bait, but sharks and David fish are captured with rests of fish caught in the way mentioned before.

In the waters near la Graciosa we can find: white marlins, sharks, hammerfish, marrajo and janequin, david fish, dorados patudos or bluefin and tuna big eye, these species are captured by two line with artificial squid type bait. Their weight lays between 20 and 150 kilos.
